ISO 9001:2008 certification

Our objective in getting ISO 9001 certification was to assure our customers of the faultless quality of our services. NASCO Inc. has allocated resources and implemented methods, processes and monitoring that that have helped us achieve ISO 9001:2008 international quality insurance standard.

Our employees also contribute to this quality system in order to achieve continuous improvement. We provide regular training sessions for personnel to ensure that we always deliver cutting-edge services that meet our customers' needs and are fully satisfactory.

Quality of services: our fondamental concern

Since the beginning, NASCO Inc. has made quality of services its prime concern. Our objective is to offer faultless service to our customers, and we achieve this objective by training properly our staff and by ensuring the quality of our work, mainly by using state-of-the-art equipment and devices, and by providing tailored services.

Controls and inspections

We have implemented a quality control program to ensure the excellence of our service to customers, in a constant and consistent manner, and to ensure that all specifications of our contract are fully addressed. With each new project, we appoint a person in charge of quality and we implement an inspection process.

Our quality control is based on the daily physical presence of an operations manager on site. This presence demonstrates the availability that is the base of the good reputation of NASCO Building Cleaning Inc. Since administration and management are located in Gatineau, customers can rely on their availability and on easy direct contact when needed. This constant presence is also a safeguard of quality and minuteness of tasks requested. Our quality management system is certified ISO 9001:2008 and we strictly comply to the standard.

In addition to the direct contact with NASCO representatives, customers may also contact them electronically at all times. This electronic communication is made possible by the software module CleanTelligent, the efficient control and management tool selected by NASCO.

This leading control measure lets us analyze the quality of our services at all times and implement appropriate corrective measures as needed. We strongly encourage customers to use the system in order to ensure its transparency and improve its efficiency.
